Ronald L. Lueddeke

Ronald L. Lueddeke is the founder and Director of the Lueddeke Law Firm.  He has been practicing law in New Jersey for more than 45 years and he has gained immense knowledge of and experience with the broad range of legal problems and issues that arise as a New Jersey resident and consumer.  Mr. Lueddeke has helped hundreds of individuals and families with their consumer problems and he is believed to have more reported consumer fraud decisions in New Jersey than any other individual attorney.  Prior to opening his practice in 1992, Mr. Lueddeke  spent approximately five years as in-house general counsel to the Sansone Auto Group, which was a mega auto group with franchises in New Jersey, Florida and Pennsylvania.   Mr. Lueddeke also lectures at consumer fraud and Lemon Law litigation seminars sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Karri Lueddeke

Karri Lueddeke joined the Lueddeke Law Firm in 2005 and has since dedicated her practice to the protection of consumer and employee rights. She represents clients in cases involving auto dealership fraud; Lemon Law violations; breach of warranty cases involving vehicles, boats, and RVs; wrongful auto repossession; home improvement/contractor fraud; new home construction; real estate litigation; breach of contract disputes; dissolution of small business partnerships; wrongful termination and retaliation of employment; sexual harassment and gender and age discrimination; and violations of wage and hour law.  Ms. Lueddeke is familiar with all aspects of consumer litigation and regularly receives referrals from not only other attorneys and prior clients, but also from the Monmouth County Bar Association and even from defendants against whom she had filed suit. 

Ms. Lueddeke believes that no case is too small and strives to achieve not only the best resolution for her clients but the quickest resolution possible.  If a settlement cannot be reached, she has tried cases before a jury in both the Courtroom as well in a virtual format.  She also successfully arbitrated numerous cases primarily involving automobile fraud.  She has litigated large class actions on behalf of aggrieved consumers in both the federal district court and state court.  She has brought and argued various cases before both the New Jersey Appellate Court as well as the New Jersey Supreme Court which have resulted in significant changes to the relevant law.

Ronald L. Lueddeke Jr. joined the family practice in 2021, bringing with him years of civil litigation experience in the New Jersey courts in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation, and employment discrimination.  In addition to supporting the firm’s consumer fraud and civil litigation practice, Ron also spearheads the firm’s bankruptcy department where his focus is on helping clients navigate the bankruptcy process and resolve their financial issues as quickly and painlessly as possible.  He takes great pride in having helped hundreds of individuals and families successfully petition the bankruptcy court to relieve them of their debts and gain a fresh financial start.   He is always ready to take a case to trial and he relishes the opportunity to make insurance companies and bad businesses pay every last dollar that his clients are due.
