Ronald L. Lueddeke Jr. joined the family practice in 2021, bringing with him years of civil litigation experience in the New Jersey courts in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation, and employment discrimination. In addition to supporting the firm's consumer fraud and civil litigation practice, Ron also spearheads the firm's bankruptcy department where his focus is on helping clients navigate the bankruptcy process and resolve their financial issues as quickly and painlessly as possible. He takes great pride in having helped hundreds of individuals and families successfully petition the bankruptcy court to relieve them of their debts and gain a fresh financial start. He is always ready to take a case to trial and he relishes the opportunity to make insurance companies and bad businesses pay every last dollar that his clients are due.
