Ronald L. Lueddeke Jr. heads up the firm's bankruptcy department and much of his practice is focused on helping individuals and families navigate the bankruptcy process and resolve their financial issues.  He has helped hundreds of individuals successfully petition the bankruptcy courts to relieve them of their debts and gain a fresh financial start.  Mr. Lueddeke also has years of civil litigation experience representing individuals and families throughout New Jersey in both state and federal court. In addition to supporting the firm's consumer fraud practice, Ron's experience spans a wide range of civil disputes, including years litigating in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination matters, to name a few.  He is always ready to take a case to trial and he relishes the opportunity to make insurance companies and corrupt businesses pay every last dollar that his clients are due.
